As a lifelong learner, I am curious and passionate about many things, and this site is where I wanted to begin to write about what I see, hear, feel, think and do.

By way of where I've been and what I've done thus far, I am a graduate of the University of Ottawa (BA Mus) and currently a I Dan Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do. I'm many things to many people, but I strive for connection, vision, integrity and excellence in all I do.
